This morning, I went to Chelsea Market (completely indoors) located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. It reminds me a lot of the Milwaukee Public Market in Milwaukee’s Third Ward district. The market is full of local vendors selling everything from silver and gold jewelry to lobster rolls (yum).
Anthropologie, a women’s clothing store that has a location in Chelsea Market, is placed at one end of the building. As always, their storefront (nautical themed) and indoor displays (one completely made of colored slides) are truly works of art! They also have a pink and silver beaded chair for sale that I could not help but take a picture of!
